After 34 successful years with the SKF Group, Jeppesen retired at the end of 2015. Since his start with SKF in Denmark in 1982, he has held several global management positions in the areas of Sales & Marketing, Product Management, Manufacturing Management and General & Executive Management, which brought him to the USA in 1991. In 2010 he was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer of SKF USA Inc. and in that role he led the expansion of the North American business, including two of the largest acquisitions the SKF Group had completed. Throughout his career, he has been active in Merger & Acquisitions and led integration teams of American, Asian and European companies into the SKF Group.

During his career he has served on the following executive boards:

PEER Bearings, General Bearings, SKF Canada, SKF Mexico, Lincoln Industrial, SKF Venture Aero Bearings, (Joint Venture with GE Aerospace) American Bearing Manufacturers Association (ABMA), Exec Board Member. National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) Board of Trustees for MAPI.

In 2012, he received The Business Entrepreneurial Award of The Year for his leadership in sustainability from the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce.

In addition to heading up Jeppesen Management LLC, he is an Advisor to private equity firm, Triton-Partners and a Council Member with GLG.

He and his immediate family are proud US citizens. Born in Denmark, his background is in Mechanical Engineering & Business Administration, with emphasis on Marketing and Business Finance. Growing up, his passion in sports was soccer and he played at the divisional level in Denmark. He is still an active individual and enjoys a round of golf when his schedule allows.
